Products & Services
We specialize in handcrafted custom veils, made-to-order veils, and bridal accessories such as jewelry and headpieces. All veils are handmade, and slight variations may occur—this is part of their unique character.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase for all items, including custom veils, made-to-order veils, jewelry, and accessories. After this period, production begins and your order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Returns & Refunds
Custom veils are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Made-to-order veils, jewelry, and accessories may be exchanged or refunded only if cancelled within 24 hours.
Customers requesting an exchange must pay any price difference.
Processing & Shipping
Custom veils require a 4-6 week turn around time before shipping.
Made-to-order veils and jewelry ship in 1-2 weeks.
International customers are responsible for any shipping costs, customs fees, or import taxes. We are no liable for customs delays or additional charges.
Personal Information
When you fill out an inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and wedding date. This is information is used solely for communication regarding your order or inquiry. We do not share you information with third parties except as needed to fulfill your request.

Customer-Sent Items
If you choose to send us any physical items (such as a veil, heirloom lace, fabric, etc.), you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that are sent to us. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured shipping method when mailing anything to us.
